Revenue Model

Members are driven to pay in full for a year membership for incentivized pricing. A mature Cardio Sport studio should attain between 150-250 members, depending upon the size of the location. Members pay an annual fee to participate in classes, but all other training is additional revenue. The majority of studios run 2 classes per day to sustain the membership class requirements.

A studio should target to have a minimum of 50 annual personal training clients annual on the recommended program below. For a studio with 200 members that equals just 25% of the membership. Pricing is adjusted by market. Metropolitan and more affluent markets should be scaled up.
