Most companies feel the Summer slowdown but no more so in a downturn economy. Many of our prospective clients are in a “See you in September” mode. The smart ones know that business, like time, waits for no one.

 

Here are a few tips to get out ahead of  the pack:

 

Don’t Back Down: You can’t control everything. With the Affordable Care Act and the upcoming election, many fall into a wait and see pattern. The seasoned franchisors will take the lead and go on with aggressive plans to get the market share they deserve. Businesses are, by nature, a risk and isn’t that why we love it?

 

Fly Your Freak Flag: ok, it’s Summer so you don’t need to let it all hang out but at least show what makes your offering attractive and unique. Have confidence and be creative.

 

Finally, Shout Your Successes. Let people know that you are still open for business and are willing to engage them.

 

Enjoy your Summer and remember what you plant now is what you will harvest in the Fall.
