Operation Vetrepreneur Winners
In July CruiseOne franchise ran a contest to award five veterans CruiseOne franchises valued at $12,700 each for a total of $63,500 in giveaways. The end of the contest, Operation Vetrepreneur: Become Your Own General, was celebrated last week with a ceremony for the veterans and their spouses and included city, state and local officials.
The winners were chosen out of approximately 150 applicants and attended a weeklong training at CruiseOne’s world headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
The official winners are:
- Army and National Guard Veteran Tammy Duffield of Shreveport, LA
- Navy Veteran Marci DeWitt of Delaware, OH
- Navy and Air Force Veterans Craig and Ingrid Markham of Silverdale, WA
- United States Marine Corps Veteran Conrad Carpenter of Charleston, WV
